Acknowledgment, Release & Indemnity

As a condition of accessing this website and buying its products, I represent and agree to Howramco Distribution Inc., d/b/a Forge Scientific (“Forge Scientific”), as follows:

1. I understand the risks associated with the research compounds I buy, and I have reviewed the available scientific information on each one.
2. I will buy these products only for laboratory research, and I will handle them with appropriate care and professional laboratory practice. They are not for human or veterinary use.
3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Forge Scientific and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from all claims, including personal injury, arising from the use, handling or misuse of products bought by me or on my behalf, by me or by anyone I supply, and from the sale of those products to me.
4. I will defend and indemnify Forge Scientific and those same persons against any claim, liability or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from the use of products bought by me or on my behalf, or from my breach of this acknowledgment.
5. I confirm that I am 21 years of age or older.
6. I have read, understand and agree to this acknowledgment.
