Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Only

Forge Scientific currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time, and orders cannot be placed for delivery outside the U.S.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 11:00 AM CT ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM CT, or on weekends and holidays, ship the following business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Orders are shipped via standard carrier ground service, with delivery typically taking 2–5 business days depending on your location. Tracking information is provided by email as soon as your order ships.

Packaging

All products are packaged discreetly and securely to protect product integrity during transit.

Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality and consistency of our products. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it.

Return Window

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Because our products are laboratory research materials, we’re unable to accept returns on any item that has been opened, used, or where the tamper-evident seal has been broken.

Return Shipping

Forge Scientific covers return shipping costs for eligible returns. Contact us before sending anything back so we can issue a return authorization and provide a prepaid shipping label.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
